This website is run by Bob Meijer, a Google Ads specialist based in the Netherlands. I take your privacy seriously and handle personal data in line with the GDPR. You can reach me any time at info@bobmeijer.nl.

Who I am

The controller of your personal data is Bob Meijer, Noordijkerveldweg 10, 7161 LW Neede, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 78449227, VAT NL861402728B01.

What I collect

  • Information you send me directly through the contact form or by email: your name, email and message.
  • Booking details when you schedule a call through Cal.com.
  • Payment and billing details when you buy an audit. Card data is processed by Stripe; I never see or store it. Invoices are issued through Moneybird.
  • Basic technical data (such as server logs) collected by my hosting provider.
  • Cookie and consent data, as described under Cookies.

Why I use it

To respond to your enquiry, to deliver the services you ask for, to process payments and issue invoices, and to meet my legal obligations. The legal basis is your consent, the performance of a contract, my legitimate interest in running my business, or a legal obligation (for example, keeping invoices for tax purposes).

Who I share it with

I only share data with the providers I need to run the site and deliver services, each under their own privacy terms and a processing agreement where required:

  • Cal.com: call bookings
  • Stripe: payments
  • Moneybird: invoicing and bookkeeping
  • Web3Forms: delivery of contact-form messages
  • Vercel: website hosting
  • Cookiebot and Google Tag Manager: cookie consent and tag management

I do not sell your data.

How long I keep it

Only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law (for example, invoices are kept for the statutory seven-year period for tax purposes).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email info@bobmeijer.nl and I’ll help. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

Cookies are small files placed on your device when you visit a website. This site keeps them to a minimum and uses Cookiebot (loaded via Google Tag Manager) to ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the cookie banner.
